The short version
You do not need a MoMuTu account to play. Game progress is normally kept on your device. Some titles use advertising and some do not; the entry for each game states what applies. Store, advertising, and payment providers process only the information needed for the services used in that version. MoMuTu does not sell personal information.
1. Scope and covered games
MoMuTu Gaming ("MoMuTu", "we", "our", or "us") is an independent game developer based in Vietnam. This policy applies to the games below on Android and iOS, and to this website.
Bubble Shooter: Penguin Pop
Status: Coming soon on iPhone and iPad. These disclosures describe iOS 1.0 (build 13), bundle ID com.momutu.bubbleshooter, with optional rewarded advertising. The name shown inside the game is Bubble Shooter.
Core play works offline without an account, in-app purchases or subscriptions. Settings, puzzle progress, scores, helper inventory and video-limit counters stay on your device; MoMuTu does not receive this saved gameplay data. There is no online leaderboard or studio cloud-save service. An unfinished board is not restored between launches.
Color-change and slow-motion helpers are used directly on the game board. Only the separate video button opens the rewards panel; using an item does not automatically show an ad.
Google AdMob rewarded videos are optional: select Video +1 in the in-game Helpers panel to receive one selected color-change or slow-motion item after the SDK confirms a reward. Both items share a limit of two video presentations per puzzle level (including retries), or two within a rolling five minutes of active Forever/Arcade play. Menus, pauses, time in the background and videos do not advance that timer. Reward inventory and limits persist through retries. No account or payment is needed to play. No banner, automatic interstitial or app-open ad is implemented. Internet and ad availability are required for videos, not for continuing to play.
Google User Messaging Platform checks consent before ad requests where required. When Google UMP requires a privacy-options entry point, you can reopen it from Helpers or Settings. If consent cannot be checked or an ad is unavailable, you can close the panel and continue playing. This build requests non-personalized ads, disables publisher first-party ID and does not request access to IDFA through App Tracking Transparency. This does not mean no data is collected: Google may process IP-derived approximate location, device identifiers, ad interactions, usage and diagnostic/performance information for advertising, analytics, security and service operation as described in Sections 2–6 and Google's Privacy Policy. No separate studio analytics SDK is integrated.
This is a native SwiftUI/SpriteKit game, not Unity. In-app billing and Unity-service disclosures do not apply. Privacy and Support open this website; visits and support emails are covered below. Local data remains until deleted with the app; offloading or device backups may retain it. Restart resets the puzzle pointer, not helper inventory or video limits. Contact chientt510@gmail.com for support or deletion of correspondence we hold.
PackBop
Status: Available on the App Store. Android coming soon.
iOS version 1.0.0: offline play with no account, ads, analytics, in-app purchases or online service. Progress, stars, earned Gold and settings are stored on your device. Gold is earned through play and cannot be bought with real money.
Mosaic Flow: Pet Paths
Status: Available on the App Store. Android coming soon.
iOS version 1.0: offline play, progress saved on your device, no account, no ads, and no in-app purchases. Help uses Gold earned through play. The App Store privacy label declares “Data Not Collected”.
Marble Ripple
iOS version 1.0.0: the 500-level single-player game works offline without a MoMuTu account, in-app purchases, cloud save or online leaderboard. Campaign progress, scores, earned Gold, rescue inventory, per-level rewarded-video limits and settings are stored on your device. MoMuTu does not receive this saved gameplay data.
Optional advertising: Google AdMob rewarded videos are available only from the rescue shop that the player opens during a level. There are no banner, interstitial or app-open ads. A level begins with one free rescue type; the player may choose up to two rewarded videos for that level, and a reward is delivered only after Google confirms completion. Declining a video, having no network connection or having no ad available does not block normal offline play.
Google User Messaging Platform manages consent and privacy choices where required before ads are requested. Requests are non-personalized, publisher first-party ID is disabled, and the app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. Google may still process IP-derived approximate location, device identifiers available under device settings, advertising data, ad and product interactions, and crash, performance and other diagnostic data to deliver, measure, protect and improve advertising. The app does not request precise location and does not include a separate network gameplay-analytics SDK. See Google Privacy Policy and Google advertising information.
Sudoku Legend
Status: Coming soon.
Planned release: gameplay works offline without a MoMuTu account or in-app purchases. Puzzle entries, notes, undo history, statistics and settings are saved locally. On iOS, the release includes a pause-menu banner and optional rewarded ads for hints after one free hint per puzzle. Android advertising is deferred and Android hints remain free. The advertising provider may process the data described in Sections 2–6.
On iOS versions that offer optional Apple backup, enabling it stores game progress in your iCloud account through Apple GameKit. Apple processes those backups; MoMuTu does not operate a backup server. Android Play Games backup and cross-platform migration are not connected. See the full Sudoku Legend notice (English) for advertising, backup contents, account markers and deletion choices.
Momu Pairs
Status: Available on the App Store. Android coming soon.
iOS 1.0.0: single-player gameplay works offline without an account, in-app purchases or a leaderboard. Your active round, unlocked levels, scores, support items, language and audio preferences are saved on your device; MoMuTu does not operate a player-account or cloud-save service for this version.
Optional advertising: Google AdMob shows a small banner while the game is paused and optional rewarded videos for support items. Ad requests are configured as non-personalized, publisher first-party ID is disabled, and the app does not request App TrackingTransparency permission. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing: Google may collect IP-derived approximate location, device identifiers available under your device settings, ad and product interactions, and crash, performance and other diagnostic data to deliver, measure, protect and improve its services. The app does not request precise location or send your saved game progress to MoMuTu servers. It does not include a separate gameplay analytics SDK.
Google User Messaging Platform manages consent and privacy choices where required before ads are requested. You can reopen ad privacy options from Pause when available. You can decline rewarded videos and continue playing; network or consent failures do not block offline gameplay. See Google Privacy Policy and Google advertising information. Support messages you choose to send are handled as described below. Android data practices will be verified separately before its release.
Easy Mahjong Table
Status: Coming soon.
Planned release: offline play without a MoMuTu account or in-app purchases. The current table, undo history, campaign progress and preferences are saved on your device. Hints, undo and shuffle are free. On iOS, the release includes a home-menu banner and optional rewarded ads for hints after one free hint per puzzle. Android advertising is deferred and Android hints remain free. The advertising provider may process the data described in Sections 2–6. Unity cloud analytics and cloud diagnostics remain disabled.
Porch Solitaire
Status: Coming soon.
Planned release: offline play without a MoMuTu account or in-app purchases. The current hand, statistics and preferences are saved on your device, not sent to a MoMuTu server. Undo history lasts for the current session. On iOS, the release includes a home-menu banner and optional rewarded ads for hints after one free hint per puzzle. Android advertising is deferred and Android hints remain free. The advertising provider may process the data described in Sections 2–6.
Egg Relay
Status: Available on the App Store. Android coming soon.
iOS version 1.0: core gameplay works offline without a MoMuTu account or in-app purchases. Progress, high scores, Gold, Gems, inventory, owned styles, daily video limits and settings are stored on your device. Google AdMob rewarded videos appear only in the home shop, never during play, revive, results or app launch, and are limited to three reservations per UTC day. Watching is optional; a reward is granted only after Google reports completion.
Google User Messaging Platform manages consent and privacy choices where required before ads are requested. AdMob may process the advertising, interaction and diagnostic data described in Sections 2–6. The App Store privacy label for version 1.0 declares “Data Not Collected”.
Descriptions for games that are still coming soon reflect their current release candidates, not confirmation of store approval. Disclosures must match each final release; any changes to services will be described here or in a separate game notice. For released games, also see Google Play Data safety or App Store privacy details.
Advertising sections apply to the released iOS versions of Momu Pairs and Egg Relay, to Marble Ripple, and to the planned iOS versions of Sudoku Legend, Easy Mahjong Table, Porch Solitaire and Bubble Shooter: Penguin Pop 1.0 (build 13). They do not describe Mosaic Flow: Pet Paths for iOS 1.0 or PackBop for iOS 1.0.0. In-app billing applies only to versions that offer a verified store product; Egg Relay iOS 1.0, Marble Ripple 1.0.0 and Bubble Shooter: Penguin Pop 1.0 have no in-app purchases. Sudoku's optional Apple backup is covered separately in its own notice. Website visits, optional PayPal support payments and support messages remain covered below.
2. Information we handle
| Category | Examples | When it arises |
|---|---|---|
| Local game data | Progress, settings, unlocked content, and available hints | Created during play and generally stored on your device |
| Advertising data | IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, ad or app identifiers, ad views, clicks, and reward completion | Processed when an ad-supported game requests or shows an ad |
| App activity | App launches, taps, gameplay or ad interactions | May be processed by integrated SDKs for advertising, measurement, analytics, or fraud prevention |
| Device & diagnostics | Device model, operating system, app version, language, crash logs, launch time, hangs, and performance data | May be processed automatically to operate, secure, and improve a game |
| Transaction data | Hint pack, permanent unlock or optional PayPal support payment; entitlement, amount, currency, transaction status, and order or transaction identifier | When you buy or restore an in-app product, or voluntarily support MoMuTu through PayPal; we do not receive complete payment-card or bank-account details |
| Communications | Email address, message, and information you choose to attach | Only when you contact us for support or feedback |
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Ordinary server logs may temporarily contain technical request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time for delivery, reliability, and security.
3. How we use information
- Run the game, save progress on your device, provide hints when you choose to use them, and restore purchases.
- Deliver and measure ads in ad-supported games, including rewarded ads after you choose to watch them.
- Process an optional website support payment after you choose an amount and continue to PayPal.
- Diagnose crashes, improve performance, prevent fraud, and keep the games secure.
- Answer support messages and comply with valid legal requests.
Depending on your location and the activity, processing may rely on consent, performance of a contract, compliance with law, or our legitimate interests in operating and improving our games. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it through the in-game privacy controls or applicable device settings.
We do not sell personal information. We do not require you to watch an ad or buy hints to contact us or read this policy.
4. Service providers and sharing
Our games may include software from the providers below. Their SDKs may process data under their own terms and privacy policies:
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — ad delivery, measurement, frequency controls, and fraud prevention.
- Google Play Billing — Android in-app products and restoring entitlements, where offered.
- Apple StoreKit / In-App Purchase — iOS in-app products and restoring entitlements, where offered.
- PayPal — optional website support payments in the fixed amounts shown on our support page.
- Unity technologies — game-engine operation and, only when enabled in a particular build, diagnostics or analytics.
See the Google Privacy Policy, Apple Privacy Policy, PayPal Privacy Statement, and Unity Privacy Policy.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or during a business reorganization. We do not receive your complete card or bank details from Google Play, Apple or PayPal.
5. Android and iOS differences
- Android: purchases are processed by Google Play. Google Mobile Ads may use the Android advertising ID, app set ID, IP address, app interactions, and diagnostics, depending on SDK configuration and your privacy choices.
- iOS: purchases are processed by Apple. If an iOS build uses data for tracking across other companies' apps or websites, the app requests permission through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework before accessing the advertising identifier. Declining tracking does not prevent you from playing.
For details specific to your platform, see the privacy section of the game's store listing.
6. Your choices and rights
- Rewarded ads: you can choose to watch an ad for a hint or continue working out the puzzle yourself.
- Ad privacy: use the in-game privacy options where available and your Android or iOS privacy settings to manage advertising choices.
- Changing your choice: the game asks for consent where required by law. You can reopen privacy options in the game settings to adjust your choices.
- Purchases: purchase history and payment methods are managed through your Google Play or Apple account. Store refund rules apply.
- Website support: support is optional, is processed by PayPal as a voluntary payment rather than a charitable donation, and does not purchase game content or provide a gameplay advantage. The highest amount offered by MoMuTu is 10 USD.
- Local data: clearing app storage or uninstalling usually removes local progress. This may be irreversible.
- Requests: you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held directly by us by emailing the address below. We may need to verify the request.
7. Retention, security, and transfers
Game data stored on your device remains there until you clear it or uninstall the app. We keep support messages and any transaction records received from PayPal only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve a request, maintain appropriate financial records, or meet legal obligations. Store, advertising and payment providers retain data according to their policies.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and encrypted transmission where personal data is sent. Providers may process data outside your country; legally required safeguards apply to those transfers.
8. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Each game's store listing states its intended audience. Where children are included in the target audience, we configure ads and services to follow applicable child-privacy laws and the relevant store's family policies. If you believe a child sent information directly to us, contact us so we can delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when a game, SDK, platform requirement, or law changes. We will post the new version here and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way.
